1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

GSOCX is a reporting and documentation platform that enables organizations to create, manage, and collaborate on documents, projects, and related business information. The Service includes:

• Document creation, editing, and management
• Project organization and tracking
• Client and contact management
• Team collaboration features
• Organization-based access control
• Mobile and web access
• AI assistance for drafting, summarizing, and working with your organization's records
• Optional voice transcription that turns speech into text you can review
• Channels and direct messages

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or have the consent of a parent or guardian if you are between 13 and 18 years old.

4. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to store or transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Collect or harvest information about other users without their consent

5. Artificial Intelligence and Voice Transcription

The Service includes optional artificial intelligence and voice transcription features, including Sentinel, the in-app assistant, report summaries, drafting help, and voice entry.

When you use these features, you authorize us to process Your Content, and organization records your role is already allowed to access, through Amazon Bedrock in our Amazon Web Services account, solely to provide the feature you asked for. If you start voice entry, you also authorize us to stream that audio to Amazon Transcribe, solely to return a transcript. We use Amazon Transcribe so voice entry does not depend on your browser's own speech recognition. We do not store the audio or associate it with your account, and we opt out of Amazon using it to train models. Voice audio is not sent until you start voice entry. How that processing is limited, and what we keep, is described in our Privacy Policy.

AI output and voice transcripts can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing them before you rely on them, save them, or share them. They are not professional security, legal, or medical advice. You must have the right to submit any content you provide, including speech, and you must not use these features to generate unlawful content.

6. Messaging

Message text, files, and images in channels and direct messages are encrypted on the devices of the people in that conversation. We host the messaging server and the database where those encrypted copies are stored. How that works is described in our Privacy Policy.

We can access metadata needed to operate messaging and to delete a message or file when you delete it or when its retention period ends. We cannot access the content. Only people in that channel or direct message, on a device they have paired, can read it.

You are responsible for who you add to a conversation.

7. Intellectual Property

Service Content: The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by GSOCX and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or store using the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service. That license does not include using Your Content to train models.

Organization Content: Content created within an organization may be accessible to other members of that organization as determined by the organization's administrators and user permissions.

8. Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as specified in your subscription plan.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and authorizing payment. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified in your subscription agreement.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features in the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GSOCX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service. We do not warrant that artificial intelligence output or voice transcripts are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GSOCX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
