We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Organization Content: Content created within an organization may be accessible to other members of that organization as determined by the organization's administrators and user permissions.

6. Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as specified in your subscription plan.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and authorizing payment. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified in your subscription agreement.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features in the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GSOCX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GSOCX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
